Bio: Grant  returned from the UK  in 2012 after studying a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science and a MSc in Strength and Conditioning. His high level of attributes coupled with having been immersed in sport from a very early age has given him a deep personal understanding of human movement analysis and correcting muscle imbalances, weaknessess, and motor patterns that may enable athletes to perform at the best of their ability.

Coach: Jonathan Charlsworth, 31 years old

Bio: Jonathan is a focused and passionate health and fitness professional with 10 years experience, coaching individuals to groups of 25 plus. He has great leadership skills which has empowered him through the years in the industry. He understands and manages to incorporate the concept of functional fitness into any exercise regime and focuses on technique correction over speed.

Coach: Tyrell Allies, 37 years old


BA in Exercise Science at University of Western Cape(UWC)

Bsc(Med) Hons Exercise Science (Biokinetics)


Expertise: Movement Correctional Specialist


Bio: Worked at Sports Science Institute of South Africa for about 7 years in various departments including, fitness, peak performance, weight loss and corporate wellness and clinical rehab. His time within clinical rehab lead to many frustrations. His frustration was aimed at the fact that many sports related injuries can be prevented through pro-active management of the athletes Biomechanics and programming. This was the start of Tyrell's journey to becoming a highly successful Movement Correctional Specialist who has worked with people from an array of backgrounds:-

Bio: Aimee qualified as a nutritionist in 2019. Although an early graduate, her background as a competitive swimmer, coupled with her relentless fitness regime and a passion for healthy food and fueling the body, its not surprising that Aimee has already earned her place as our in house Nutritionist.
